However, if you would like to apply for the SA Lymphoedema Compression Garment Subsidy Scheme,

or Barossa Area Fundraisers for Cancer Inc support, the below application forms are required.

An Initial Assessment for a focus area is 1-hour to enable thorough assessment and the development of a personalised treatment plan. Follow appointments are 30-minutes.

TMJ Jaw Physiotherapy

Your 1-hour Initial Assessment will include a comprehensive review of your history, symptoms, contributing factors, and overall health, followed by a detailed clinical assessment and a personalised self-management treatment plan.

Vestibular Physiotherapy

Your 1-hour Initial Assessment will include thorough history, symptoms, contributing factors, general health, clinical assessment, repositioning manoeuvres, and a personalised treatment plan.
