Yes, you can book your physiotherapy appointments without a Doctors referral!
However, if you would like to apply for the SA Lymphoedema Compression Garment Subsidy Scheme,
or Barossa Area Fundraisers for Cancer Inc support, the below application forms are required.
An Initial Assessment for a focus area is 1-hour to enable thorough assessment and the development of a personalised treatment plan. Follow appointments are 30-minutes.
TMJ Jaw Physiotherapy

Lymphoedema Physiotherapy
You can book an appointment without a doctors referral. However, if you wish to access the Compression Garment Subsidy Scheme, the below Referral Form is required from your Doctor.

Specialist Physiotherapist
Dr Mary Magarey is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Specialist Sports Physiotherapist - the only double qualified Specialist Physiotherapist in Australia, and she’s available to see you at Blend Physio!
You can book with Dr Magarey for treatment and management without a referral and access specialist musculoskeletal and/or sports physiotherapy care.
