Amanda Crouch

I’m a country girl, growing up in rural Victoria. I moved to the Barossa in 2009 and have been providing physiotherapy services in the Barossa since then. I’m currently enjoying running around after my son. In my spare time I enjoy walking and spending time with family.

I completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2008 at the University of South Australia.

Other professional development I have completed includes the level 2 Consolidation Course through the Watson Headache Institute. I have also completed courses in Dry Needling, Pelvis alignment, DMA Clinical Pilates, McKenzie Diagnosis and Treatment for Back, Thoracic and Neck Disorders, the NOI Explain Pain course, a Professional Certificate in Practice Education, Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy Level 1 – Part A and Introduction to Hand Therapy through the Australian Hand Therapy Association.

One of my focus areas is the treatment of neck and headaches. I also enjoy treating hands. Another interest area I have is the treatment of musculoskeletal pain. I also enjoy rehabilitating people after surgery and for return to sport.

I enjoy working with a variety of different people and getting people back moving doing the things they love.

Some of the things I enjoy outside of work includes spending time with family and friends. Getting out and exploring the Barossa. Going to our local Parkrun and walking my 2 dogs.
